At Rangbhoomi, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear images or videos showing the issue. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

• No returns or refunds are applicable on sale items, discounted products, or customized orders.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
